Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

How payments work at Finback
For bookings made more than 60 days from date of travel
- To secure your dates, 50% of the rental charge + cleaning/linen fee and taxes are due at booking
- Remainder of payment is due 60 days from date of travel
For bookings made less than 60 days from date of travel
- To confirm your reservation, full payment of rental charge + cleaning/linen fee and taxes are due at booking
Cancellation Policy

Unexpected events can happen before or during your travel. We strongly recommend purchasing trip cancellation insurance to protect your reservation payment against illness, severe weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. Our standard cancellation policy applies to all bookings regardless of the reason for cancellation.

We are required to collect mandatory Rhode Island taxes (7% sales tax, 2% hotel tax, and 5% Narragansett rental tax) at check out.
Our professional turnover team ensures the home is fresh and clean for your arrival! See our FAQs page for information about bathroom and kitchen supplies. Cleaning fee includes bed linens, bath towels, and kitchen towels. Also included are beach towels - one less thing to pack!
Please note that the cleaning fee includes standard cleaning services prior to arrival and at check-out. Excessive cleaning or trash may results in additional fees.
To save our guests the hassle and inconvenience of security deposit holds while on vacation, a small fee ($37) for damage protection and liability insurance is collected at checkout. This provides up to $1,500 in protection in case of accidental damage during your stay.
Cleaning/linen and insurance fees are what is paid directly to the vendors. This is the exact cost of these services (no additional markup or other service fees).
